We are looking for a proactive and versatile Community Success to lead, support, and engage in our Catholic communities.
This self-directed role will be the connection between users and various internal departments, with the responsibility of identifying and taking action on areas for continuous improvement.
Ideal for someone with strong skills in communication, project management, and metrics analysis.
At Community Leader Orientation
- Develop, optimize, and automate onboarding processes to minimize friction and maximize the onboarding of communities in a massive and systematic way.
At Community Care
Create strategies and resources to help community administrators keep their groups active.
- This may include newsletters, tutorials, and explanations of app features.
At Community Support
- Provide support to administrators and users.
- Collaborate in reporting errors to the engineering department.
- Collaborate in gathering suggestions and feedback for improvement to the product department.
- Automate the support area through help articles, video tutorials, chatbots, etc.
At Community Metrics
- Track conversion metrics in the onboarding processes of new communities.
- Evaluate the performance of the area and support for constant improvement.
Relationship with Other Departments:
- Collaborate in the creation and promotion of content related to the media section and app features.
- Provide reports on the app usage experience and activity in communities to contribute to feature improvement.
- Report errors reported by users through platforms like Intercom and collaborate in prioritizing them with the development team.
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Spanish, capable of effectively communicating, providing support, and creating content for a diverse, international community.
- Database and CRM Management: Ability to organize and manage user and customer information using systems such as Airtable.
- Email Marketing Expertise: Skills to design and send newsletters and email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp.
- Webinar Organization and Hosting: Aptitude for preparing and conducting interactive online seminars with tools like Zoom Webinars.
- Customer Support and Engagement: Proficiency in communication and support platforms like Intercom for effective community interaction.
- Project Management and Documentation: Use of project organization and documentation systems like Notion to maintain a structured and collaborative workflow.
- Internal Communication and Team Collaboration: Competence in team communication platforms like Slack to enhance coordination and teamwork.
- Online Survey and Form Creation: Skill in collecting and analyzing user data through interactive forms created with tools like Typeform.
- Data Analysis and Spreadsheet Management: Proficiency in spreadsheet applications like Excel and Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
